These terms explain the rules for using Club V, its free educational community, resources, and any optional paid offering.
Club V provides education, information, and community. We do not guarantee that you will get clients, sign contracts, earn income or revenue, make a profit, or achieve any specific business result.
By accessing or using Club V, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Club V. “Club V,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Club V educational community and its operators.
Club V is an educational and informational community for people interested in building AI agencies and related businesses. It may include community discussions, guides, templates, group calls, frameworks, links, and optional paid resources or support.
We do not guarantee clients, contracts, leads, appointments, sales, income, revenue, profit, business growth, employment, or any other outcome. Examples, case studies, strategies, and member experiences are illustrative and do not promise that you will achieve the same result. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your decisions, effort, skills, consistency, offer, market, timing, and circumstances.
Club V content is general education and information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating information, seeking qualified professional advice when appropriate, complying with applicable laws and platform rules, and deciding what to implement.
Club V is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use Club V only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and activity under your account.
The core Club V community may be free while Club VIP or other products are optional and paid. Prices, features, billing periods, and any refund terms are the ones presented at checkout or in the specific written offer at the time of purchase. You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the displayed amount. Losing access for nonpayment does not create a results guarantee.
You agree to use Club V lawfully and respectfully. You may not harass others, threaten or impersonate people, spam, commit fraud, distribute malware, scrape private member information, violate another person’s rights, or interfere with the community or its systems. We may restrict or remove access for conduct that harms members, the service, or its integrity.
Club V branding, guides, templates, videos, training materials, and original resources belong to Club V or their respective licensors. Access is for your personal or internal business learning. You may not resell, republish, leak, mass-copy, sublicense, or distribute protected materials without written permission. You retain ownership of content you submit, but you give us permission to host and display it as needed to operate the community.
Club V may link to or operate through services such as Discord, Whop, Vercel, payment processors, social platforms, and other tools. Their terms and privacy practices also apply when you use them. We do not control and are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, content, or account decisions.
Club V is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free content. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Club V and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update Club V, these terms, or available features. Material updates will be reflected by a revised date on this page. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the community, enforce these terms, comply with law, or discontinue the service.
